Negotiations Continue Regarding the Acquisition of NEOS by the KONČAR Group
The members of NEOS d.o.o. have accepted a binding offer from KONČAR – Digital d.o.o., based on which further negotiations are underway to conclude a share purchase agreement. If the agreement is finalized, it will constitute a related-party transaction.
KONČAR - Digital has secured significant public tenders and is carrying out major digital transition projects at Croatian Waters (Hrvatske vode) and the Croatian Railway Infrastructure (HŽI). They are also implementing large-scale projects involving new software products at HEP - ODS and HOPS. It is also worth highlighting their participation in EU research projects, where they are developing cutting-edge energy and cybersecurity solutions for control systems in collaboration with EU partners.
In line with its strategy of strengthening its digital portfolio, KONČAR - Digital has significantly reinforced its position through previous acquisitions of Kodeks System Integrations and Adnet. These new acquisitions further ensure the expansion of its portfolio and access to new markets.
KONČAR d.d. will continue to inform the investment public about any material facts related to the potential transaction.
