New appointments at PwC Croatia

Since 1997, PwC has maintained a strong presence on the Croatian market, establishing itself as a leading provider of tax, business consulting, transaction and assurance services. It currently employs more than 250 highly skilled professionals who are adept at developing innovative business solutions.

Recognising the expertise of its professionals, the strength of its global network and the value of synergistic effects, PwC embarked on the new business year (starting 1 July) with a clear objective: to build trust in society and solve important problems through the strategic reorganisation of its leadership roles.

Effective 1 July 2024, Hrvoje Jelić, mag. iur, has been appointed as the Country Managing Partner for PwC companies in Croatia and Slovenia. John Gašparac, the former Country Managing Partner of PwC Croatia, has transitioned to the role of Territory Assurance Leader for PwC Slovenia. Marko Marušić assumed the role of Territory Tax Leader at PwC Croatia, while Siniša Dušić is now serving as the Territory Assurance Leader for PwC Croatia.

In addition to these changes, effective 1 September, two new directors have joined the PwC Croatia leadership team. Michaela Tomičić has been promoted to Assurance Director, while Darinka Maršić has been promoted to Tax Services Director.

PwC Croatia’s key leaders, who have demonstrated their value and contributions to society and the network in previous years, now have the opportunity to leverage their skills in their new roles. This transition is expected to enhance their ability to achieve the set business goals and drive further growth.
