New position paper “Comments on the Draft Proposal of the Act on Amendments to the Enforcement Act”

The position paper includes additional proposals, based on examples from practice, for improving certain parts of the Enforcement Act to increase efficiency and facilitate the process for the benefit of the parties involved. 

The goal of the suggested amendments is to render the enforcement procedure more efficient for both the parties and the implementing bodies so that it becomes the backbone of a healthy business environment overall and contribute to the recovery of the economy, simultaneously respecting the dignity of the debtors and improving their rights.
