Philip Morris Zagreb Expanded the Management Board

Marijana Bubalo has been appointed as a new member of the Philip Morris Zagreb Management Board for development, and Marin Mlinarić as a new member of the Board for Human Resources and Corporate Culture. Alongside them, the members of the Management Board remain: Jasmina Tome, member of the Management Board for Finances and Stanko Kršlović, Member of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs, while Anita Letica remains President of the Philip Morris Zagreb Management Board.

“In the last few years, since it has been leading the transformation of the entire industry, Philip Morris has also begun a complete transformation of its business and corporate culture. The appointment of the two new members of the Management Board is the result of the company's orientation towards people, which is a reflection of the importance we place on understanding the needs of our customers and employees, as well as on their overall satisfaction,” said Anita Letica, President of the Philip Morris Zagreb Management Board.

Marijana Bubalo holds a degree in Business Management and South Slavic Languages and Culture from the University of Kansas and she joined Philip Morris in 2007, after a career at Procter & Gamble. The focus of her current position as Head of Development for Croatian and Slovenian markets is on the customer and customer experience. Until her appointment to this position, she successfully held the position of General Director for the Slovenian market, which she took over after several leading regional positions in the areas of supply chain and corporate affairs.

Marin Mlinarić holds a Master degree in electric engineering and he joined Philip Morris in 2006 after a career at Podravka and Carlsberg. After 18 years spent in ICT and education at Cornell University - School of Industrial and Labor Relations and other trainings in the field of management, he became the Director of Human Resources for Central Europe South in 2012, and in 2018 he was appointed the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Culture for Croatia and Slovenia. He is dedicated to working on internal transformation and corporate culture.
