SATR H1 2026 – insights on pay, employment and pay transparency in Croatia and Southeast Europe

The survey covers several priority topics for workforce and compensation planning, including:

  • expected salary increases and changes in pay practices,

  • plans related to benefits and total rewards,

  • hiring and recruitment outlook, including talent acquisition challenges,

  • employee turnover with key employment drivers and retention trends,

  • pay transparency: current practices, concerns and employer readiness in the context of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive, which includes sharing salary ranges, clear criteria and gender-neutral pay structures.

The survey is fully anonymous and takes around 5 minutes to complete.

Participants may leave their email at the end to receive a free copy of the final report, to be published in early 2026, featuring regional comparisons and practical guidance for planning.
