SATR H1 2026 – insights on pay, employment and pay transparency in Croatia and Southeast Europe
'Salary and Employment Trends' research is a project carried out in Croatia and regionally to provide employers with a comparable, data-driven view of key labor-market trends. By participating, you help build a robust insights base that supports strategic HR and business decision-making for the first half of 2026.
The survey covers several priority topics for workforce and compensation planning, including:
-
expected salary increases and changes in pay practices,
-
plans related to benefits and total rewards,
-
hiring and recruitment outlook, including talent acquisition challenges,
-
employee turnover with key employment drivers and retention trends,
-
pay transparency: current practices, concerns and employer readiness in the context of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive, which includes sharing salary ranges, clear criteria and gender-neutral pay structures.
The survey is fully anonymous and takes around 5 minutes to complete.
Participants may leave their email at the end to receive a free copy of the final report, to be published in early 2026, featuring regional comparisons and practical guidance for planning.
