Second Annual Croatia Summit – Unity, Stability and Innovation in a Transformative Europe

Europe faces growing uncertainty in a shifting global order. Conflicts in neighbouring regions, evolving international trade dynamics and setbacks in global climate collaboration all test the continent’s resilience. In this environment, Europe strives for unity, stronger defence capabilities and long-term economic stability - while navigating green and digital transitions that must remain both competitive and socially balanced.

Positioned at the intersection of central and south-east Europe, Croatia offers a timely setting to explore how the region can reinforce its strategic relevance, bolster European resilience and attract new investment.

The summit will bring together distinguished experts, political leaders and business representatives to discuss the key challenges and opportunities shaping Europe in a period of accelerated global change. The summit will be chaired by the editor of The Democracy Index and Europe consultant of the Economist Intelligence Joan Hoey.
