The first AmCham Talents Alumni mentoring program has started
The program is for participants of previous generations of the AmCham Talents program so that, with the support of AmCham, they can systematically continue their development. Mentors are: Hrvoje Badovinac, Nikola Dujmović, Danko Schonwald, Ivan Vidaković, Luka Gašpar and Tomislav Šlat.
We have started with AmCham Talents Alumni mentoring program in which candidates have found a mentor who will support further career development with their advice and experience. The AmCham Talents Alumni mentoring program lasts one year, with meetings approximately once a month for an hour to an hour and a half, virtually or live. Mentee suggests e-mailing a topic a week in advance, asking questions, observations, or general discussion points so that the mentor can prepare, and sending feedback after the meeting.
Mentors are:
- Hrvoje Badovinac, Medical Technology Consultant and former Regional director of Medtronic Adriatic
- Nikola Dujmović, President/CEO at SPAN Generated by BOT: Experienced Chief Executive Officer
- Danko Schonwald, CPO Head Croatia & Bosnia and Herzegovina at Novartis, experienced General Manager
- Ivan Vidaković, CEO at YOTTA d.o.o. ICT & business executive with experience in Microsoft CEE and IBM, in Croatia and the Middle East. The President of Croatian American Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2015 and a member of Croatian National Competitiveness Council for seven years.
- Luka Gašpar, experienced CEO of companeis such as Nikola Tesla Institute, Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Emerson, Vertiv, Končar and Inetec.
- Tomislav Šlat, 3M, Senior Country Leader Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia. President of AmCham from 2000-2002 and currently Vice president of Foreign Investors Council in Croatia.
