Denis Novak has been appointed as the new Managing Director of DHL International d.o.o. (DHL Express Croatia). He steps into this pivotal role backed by extensive international experience and a clear ambition: to further strengthen DHL's leadership position in the Croatian market through innovative logistics solutions and impeccable service quality.

From Sales to Regional Management

Denis Novak’s career within DHL spans 18 years, having started in 2008 in Slovenia. His professional journey is characterized by a rapid, results-driven ascent, moving from Sales Manager to Commercial Director of DHL Express Slovenia. During this period, he was a key figure in driving revenue growth and transforming the commercial sector, setting high industry standards.

He further honed his expertise at a regional level. From 2020, based at the Prague headquarters, he served as the Regional Sales and Business Development Director for DHL Express Central Europe. Under his leadership, the region consistently achieved double-digit growth. He particularly stood out for his successful management of the SME segment and the implementation of the strategic DDI (Road Express) project, which significantly improved road transport efficiency in this part of Europe.
