Third Annual Zero Quadrant Survey

The survey shows that Croatian citizens are much more pessimistic than last year, especially regarding their personal financial situation, and the political and economic situation. Trust in the media, institutions, and companies is on the decline. Almost 90 percent of consumers are significantly or very worried about further price increases, but only one in four believes that they will reduce personal consumption, and 40 percent of citizens believe that they will spend more than before. The research clearly shows that we are in a time of permanent crisis and constant changes, which are changing the attitudes and behaviors of citizens faster than ever.  Therefore, the strategic task of companies, institutions, and the media is to restore trust through adapted and credible communication.
