The Office is particularly engaged in corporate status changes, drafting commercial contracts and advising on regulatory and corporate governance matters. It also provides legal support to legal entities and individuals in investment projects and business transactions, and represents clients in commercial disputes. The Office has a particular focus on alternative dispute resolution, especially mediation and arbitration.

The founder of the Office began his career at the Commercial Court and within international institutions and has experience in negotiations and drafting international legal instruments within the framework of the United Nations system. The Office is dedicated to providing legal solutions connecting domestic legislation with the international business environment.
