AmCham highlights the importance of reducing parafiscal charges and increasing transparency, proposes tax relief measures (including tax loss carry-back, offsetting tax debts, and exemptions), and calls for the inclusion of non-profit educational institutions in support schemes. It also advocates lifting price controls on basic goods and removing the Sunday trading ban, as both measures distort market competition, reduce employment, and threaten economic recovery.
