The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia (AmCham) welcomes the proposed amendments to the Electricity Market Act and has prepared a set of recommendations aimed at further strengthening competition, regulatory certainty, and the resilience of the electricity market. The position paper addresses key issues related to consumer protection, market development, regulatory accountability, and the creation of a transparent and investment-friendly framework for all market participants.
