While generally supportive, AmCham suggests amendments to reduce bureaucracy and liberalize the market:

• the definition of taxi transport should allow multiple bookings, payments, and drop-off points (to support car pooling),
• professional training and initial qualifications for category B drivers should not be required, as a driving license and existing legal conditions are sufficient,
• all requirements for issuing licenses should be defined in the Act itself, not in by-laws,
• local permits for taxi transport are unnecessary and burdensome; a license should be valid nationwide.
