Proposals for the Improvement of the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia

AmCham presents concrete proposals to improve the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin (EOJN) to enhance system transparency and efficiency. Suggestions include subscriptions for simplified procurement notices, ESPD form automation, anonymized document access, mandatory publication of simplified tenders, integration with FINA e-invoicing, and automated calculation of complaint fees. The emphasis is on better user interface, reduced administrative burden, and greater legal certainty for all procurement participants.
