Croatia significantly lags behind countries like Sweden, where such registries already deliver clear benefits for patients and society. AmCham calls for immediate action to establish quality registries, particularly for diseases with the highest mortality and cost burden (cardiovascular diseases, stroke, lung and colorectal cancer, diabetes), involving all key stakeholders and leveraging EU funding opportunities.
