Annual General Assembly
AmCham’s Annual General Assembly will be held on November 6.
During the Assembly an election will be held for the following positions of the AmCham Board of Governors, which become vacant this year: President, Secretary Treasurer and two Untitled Governors.
We need a quorum (25% of membership) present for a legitimate Board of Governors elections and we would certainly like to see as many AmCham member companies as possible participating in each and every Annual General Assembly. Every member company should be represented by one authorized person.
Please fill out the NOTIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE and send it to AmCham Office to event@amcham.hr
If the authorized person cannot attend personally, please send another representative of your company to vote, by using the POWER OF ATTORNEY, which should be delivered to the AmCham Office by November 5, end of day, at the latest.
