Novelties in the Court Register

The new features in the Court Register will be presented by Ms. Ksenija Flack-Makitan, Judge of the Commercial Court in Varaždin, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation. Presenters will also include Mr. Vjenceslav Arambašić, notary public and Ms. Irena Lukanović Project Manager, IN2. 

The Ministry is actively working on increasing the number of digital services for citizens and businesses. A key focus is the further digitalization of the justice system. As of April 1, 2025, the Ordinance on the Manner of Registration in the Court Register is in force, enabling digital interaction between users and the Court Register.

In June of this year, the Ministry launched a new website for the Court Register, aimed at facilitating the submission of registration applications and improving access for entrepreneurs and the business community.

The previous website of the Court Register only allowed users to view registered entities and published notices, whereas the new website introduces eServices for submitting changes to the register.
