Changes in the leadership of PwC Croatia
Tamara Maćašović takes over the role of PwC Croatia's Country Managing Partner as of July 1.
Continuing her long-standing successful career at PwC, Tamara Maćašović, Partner in the Audit and Assurance department at PwC Croatia and Head of the Regional Ethics Team, has taken on a new role as Country Managing Partner for PwC firms in Croatia as of 1 July.
Tamara Maćašović has been a member of the Management Board of PwC Croatia for more than 10 years, and has three decades of experience in managing audit and consulting projects for international and local clients from various sectors, while in the last few years she has also focused on strategic issues related to PwC's talent-focused model of working with people and business transformation. It is these regional roles, including her role as a member of the regional leadership in Central and Eastern Europe, that have further shaped her as a leader, broadened her experience and prepared her for a new role that she is particularly looking forward to.
Upon appointment to the new role, Tamara Maćašović emphasized: "Taking on the role of PwC's Country Managing Partner in Croatia is a great honor for me, but also a responsibility.
