Find answers at the roundtable on the 22nd of october 2020. at the conference titled „Working Group on Compliance Guidelines“ at the Garden Inn Hotel at 11:00 AM.

The lecture on „What does Compliance look like during Covid 19 and what are the necessary changes made in that field?“ will be held by Tomislava Pribanić (Country Head Ethics, Risk and Compliance Croatia, Bosnia&Herzegovina) from one of the leading pharmaceutical companies Novartis. Some of the main questions covered on the lecture will be:

  • How the consequences of Covid 19 have affected Compliance in leading companies?
  • What are the necessary reactions?
  • What are the protocols and diagrams that Compliance officer must implement in a crisis situation?

In the second part of the conference examples of good practice in the field will be presented at the roundtable discussion „Working Group on Compliance Guideilines“.

In addition to the lecturers and panellists, W. Robert Kohorst, the U.S. ambassador in Croatia, Damir Zorić, head director od the Croatian Employers' Association, doc.dr.sc. Marin Mrčela, judge of the Supremen Court of the Republic of Croatia and president of GRECO and mr.sc. Davor Iljkić, president of ICCrA Institute will also participate in the conference by giving their welcoming speeches.

The conference will be held using strictine epidemiological measures, with a limited number of places, 1.5 m apart from each other, with masks that will be avaliable at the entrance. The possibility of monitoring the conference through Zoom platform is planned.
