AmCham representatives met with representatives of the European Commission to discuss the 2026 Rule of Law Report.

A judicial system based on efficiency, fairness, and transparency is a key prerequisite for strengthening economic competitiveness, legal certainty, and the attraction of new investments.

During the meeting, AmCham presented its key Recommendations for Judiciary Improvements 2026, focused on enhancing access to justice, the specialization and continuous training of judges, and improving the legislative process.
