In less than four years, SELECTIO Group, Croatia’s leading HR consulting organization, has conducted 260 well-being workshops through the Future Resilience program, reaching over 8,000 employees. 97% of participants reported that the program helped them strengthen resilience and improve the balance between their personal and professional lives. This year, companies that participated in the mental health training included Aluflexpack, Dukat, Fortenova group, Podravka, Hrvatski Telekom, Pliva, Porsche Croatia, Raiffeisenbank Austria, Visage Technologies, and others.

Employee health as a priority

Future Resilience supports employees across various industries in building resilience to business and personal challenges and stressful and unpredictable situations. The program’s practical workshops offer tools for stress management and improving work-life balance. Participants also have access to certified psychologists and psychotherapists, who provide individual support and answer questions through telephone counseling to help manage personal stressors.

“Mental health training helps create a work environment where employees can openly discuss their issues. Such training positively impacts individual well-being and productivity, reduces absences and sick leave, and strengthens team cohesion,” said Anamarija Minarski, Director of the Competence Development, Recruitment, and Performance Management Department at Hrvatski Telekom.

Free or subsidized psychological counseling

In Croatia, over 71% of companies holding the Employer Partner certificate, a certification for HR system excellence awarded by SELECTIO Group, offer their employees free or subsidized psychological counseling. By providing subsidized psychological support and psychotherapy, employers help maintain the mental health of their workforce, thus increasing productivity and reducing turnover.
